Chapter 13
Timothy shook his head without hesitation. "No, that's not going to happen. She's full of tricks. What if she hurts you?"
Immediately, he shot a fierce glare at the maid. If it weren't for her helping Estelle lie, Alison wouldn't have come with him.
He pointed at the maid. "You're fired."
The maid stared at him in shock.
Was he blind? Did he not see Estelle was sweating coldly?
Just then, Wayne "happened" to walk in and "just so happened" to overhear Timothy's words. Without saying a word, he directly dragged the maid away.
Alison smiled again at Timothy. "Timothy, leave this to me. I'll have a word with Estelle alone."
Timothy naturally wouldn't refuse her request, but before he left, he didn't forget to warn Estelle, saying, "You'd better behave. If you dare hurt Alison, I'll make you regret it!"
As Alison watched Timothy leave, the gentle smile on her face turned dangerous, and her entire face looked a bit grotesque. She sneered in disdain. "I'll make sure to get Dillon and you divorced."
Estelle's heart tightened, and a bad premonition instantly surfaced.
But Alison said nothing else. She just took out her phone and started texting.
This wasn't like Alison at all.
Soon, Alison said nothing more and directly turned around to leave.
What was she up to?
Estelle closed her eyes in exhaustion, clutching her stomach, sinking into an eerie silence. No matter what Alison was planning, she wouldn't let her schemes succeed!
…
The next morning, Alison arrived, followed by several tall, muscular maids. Each one of them seemed unfriendly.
Seeing this, Estelle immediately became alert. She stared intently at them. "What do you want?"
A faint, almost imperceptible smile tugged at the corner of Alison's lips as she waved the camera in her hand. "I'm here to take some nice photos of you."
With that, she gave Wayne a look.
Wayne immediately left the room.
Estelle glared at Alison. "Aren't you worried about leaving evidence that might make the Sawford family suspicious? Mr. Sawford won't allow any scandal."
"Shut up!" Alison's eyes quickly flashed with frustration, then she lifted her head and smiled meaningfully. "Soon, you won't be a part of the Sawford family anymore."
With that, she turned to the maids and ordered, "What are you standing there for? Hurry up and strip her of her clothes!"
They wanted to strip her?
Suddenly, Estelle noticed the presence of the men, and her remaining rationality completely shattered.
"Alison, are you crazy?"
This wasn't about taking photos at all. She clearly intended to ruin her completely.
Knowing that she had been discovered, Alison shrugged nonchalantly. "Oops, busted?"
The man standing at the back stepped forward, impatiently urging them on, "Ms. Harrington, should we start now?"
He leered at Estelle, sizing her up.
He'd had plenty of women, but he hadn't had a gem like Estelle, especially not one who belonged to Dillon. He was curious about what it would be like to play with her.
Seeing his impatience, Alison shot him a glare. "James, why are you in such a hurry? She's yours now. Go ahead."
With that, she motioned for the maids to take off Estelle's clothes.
"You're committing a crime! I'll report you!" Estelle shouted, her voice hoarse.
Hearing her threat, James Hernandez started stripping her clothes without even considering her words.
Alison laughed wildly. "Call the cops? If Dad finds out that you're playing orgies with a bunch of people, he'll chase you out of this house.
"No, actually, he'll figure out a way to get rid of you. My dear sister, today is your last day alive, and these photos…"
Alison sneered again. She would let the whole world know just how promiscuous Estelle was. She would crush Dillon's thoughts for good.
"Move faster," she urged again.
Soon, two maids held Estelle down, allowing James to take full advantage of her.
Alison also took plenty of photos.
Estelle's eyes flashed with a dangerous light. She could not sit back and wait for this to happen. If she did, who knew what Alison would do to her? Without hesitation, she used all her strength to push the men off and ran toward the balcony.
Realizing what Estelle was about to do, Alison quickly called to the others to stop her. "Catch her! Don't let her jump!"
But Estelle was fast. She vaulted over the balcony, casting Alison a bitter smile. "You've gotten so much, and yet you're still not satisfied. Alison, greed will always backfire."
With that, Estelle jumped without a second thought.
Jumping from the second floor wouldn't kill her, but the injury was severe. Estelle struggled to prop herself up with her hands, trying to stand, but the sharp pain in her abdomen made her vision go black, and she collapsed back onto the ground.
The baby!
She gripped her stomach in pain and lifted her head to look at Wayne, who had rushed out upon hearing the noise.
"Wayne, quickly call an ambulance. The baby…"
Before she could finish, she lost consciousness.
Wayne followed her gaze and suddenly turned pale with fear.
Estelle's pants were soaked with blood.
Meanwhile, Alison, standing on the balcony, was also shocked by the sight. She instinctively took several steps back.
"It's over. She's going to die," someone in the crowd murmured.
Alison turned around and shot a murderous look at them.
Seeing the bloodthirsty gaze from Alison, James was trembling uncontrollably. "Ms. Harrington, we only agreed to sleep with Estelle, nothing more."
"Shut up!" Alison's face twisted with malice. She glared at everyone and warned them once again, "Estelle jumped on her own. You didn't come here today, understand?"
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Alison quickly arranged for everyone to leave, and she followed them downstairs.
…
At the hospital, Estelle groggily regained consciousness and was about to open her eyes when she suddenly heard someone speaking nearby.
"Dad, this troublemaker just wants to drag the Sawford family down. In my opinion, we should just get rid of her."
"Estelle can't stay with the Sawford family anymore."
The voice...
A familiar ache bloomed in her chest again.
It was the Sawford family's eldest son, Ethan.
Suddenly, someone yanked the blanket off her. "I know you're awake. Stop pretending."
It was Timothy's voice.
Estelle opened her eyes, eyelashes fluttering.
Looking into her calm, expressionless eyes, Timothy felt a moment of guilt and instinctively looked away.
Then, she turned her gaze to Ethan, whose eyes were filled with disgust. Seeing the contempt in his eyes, she smiled bitterly.
"Are you still smiling? You're so cheap! Timothy only kept you locked up for a few days, and you couldn't live without a man, huh?"
When Estelle heard that, her face turned as pale as a sheet. She stared in horror at Bobby, shaking her head desperately. "It's not like that! I didn't do those things! It was Alison who brought people here…"
"Cut that crap! Don't try to argue. We already know the truth. You were afraid of the truth coming out, so you tried to push Alison off the balcony and ended up hurting yourself!" Bobby interrupted her once again.
