"Thank you for having me, Mrs. De Laurentis," Amelia replied, her voice steady despite her nerves.
As they took their seats, Alessandro's cousin Sophia leaned across the table. "So, Amelia, how are you adjusting to life in the spotlight? It must be quite a change from your little bakery."
Amelia felt Alessandro tense beside her, but she managed a polite smile. "It's certainly different, but exciting. I'm learning something new every day."
