Chapter 100
Xandra looked around at the dark, empty stretch of road with fear in her eyes.
She was so focused on panicking earlier that she hadn't realized Jameson had driven them to a winding mountain road. No one would pass by there for miles.
Jameson remained unmoved. "Get out!"
Xandra cried even louder. "Jameson, I'm not getting out! If you're angry, just hit me or yell at me. Why bring me here to scare me?" She was sobbing incredibly loudly.
Xandra leaned in and clung to Jameson, pleading for mercy.
Jameson merely pushed her away forcefully, causing her to nearly slam against the car window.
Xandra let out a muffled groan but continued to tug at Jameson despite the injury on her head.
Jameson got out of the car, walked around, and yanked open the passenger door. With a dark expression, he dragged Xandra out of the vehicle.
Her hair became disheveled from Jameson's dragging, and she squatted on the ground while sobbing uncontrollably.
