Chapter 33 Broaden Your Horizons

“What are you spacing out for? Didn’t you come here because you were bored? Come, I’ll bring you somewhere nice.” Emily patted me on the shoulder and dragged me out of the bar. I was at a loss while following her out of the bar. “Where are we going?” “You’ll know when we get there!” The street was full of bars, and I thought she wanted to go shopping and became speechless. “Don’t you have to take care of the bar? Why are you wandering about with me out here? Are you that bored?” “What are you talking about?” Emily pointed to a magnificent nightclub not far ahead and continued, “Someone will take care of the bar. You’re bored, right? I’ll bring you somewhere to broaden your horizons!” I rarely go to places besides Emily’s bar. At that point, she pulled me into the grand nightclub, and the ear-splitting music almost made my ears fall off. Emily was familiar with the place and found a spot on the second floor. Then, she called the manager over and said, “Find us two handsome men!”
