I turned around. Through the car window, I saw Zane's face—dark and brooding.
Strange. Didn't he leave with Callie? Why did he look so upset? Did they have a fight?
As I was pondering this, Channing suddenly smiled at me. "Ari, Zane is calling for you. Why don't you ride with him?"
I glanced at Darcy, who was passed out drunk, and made a quick decision. "No, it's fine. I'll ride with you."
