Chapter 53 Her Nightmares from a long ago

Clare: He stuck to his point and I had to lie on the bed. I could have let him on the bed with me and stayed awake for the rest of the journey but I don't trust myself, I will fall into a deep sleep. So I didn't push him much to sleep with Me on his bed, it's not even safe for him. He lied on the sofa with a sheet around him and used the cushions as his pillows. I felt bad, I have always seen him in elite materials. Though he claimed he used to sleep hungry once, I have never seen that Michael. I didn't see him settling for less. I always saw him in greatness. I can't think of him going for less while giving up his deserving sleep for a freak like me. For some time I stayed at him while he managed himself lying on the sofa. I can clearly see him facing problems while sleeping on the sofa. But after some time, he stopped moving. I kept staring at him and realise that he slept. When he fell asleep I closed my eyes and gradually I failed to stay awake for a long time. I fell asleep.
