Alec’s point of view.
The next morning, I woke up at six a.m. Alana was nestled in my chest, her hair scattered over her pillow and arm draped across my body. I couldn't help but smile as I studied her for a moment, watching the gentle rise and fall of her chest with each slow breath. I leaned over and kissed her forehead softly, then carefully rolled out of bed. I sneakily checked her phone and noticed that her alarm was set for an hour later.
I began my day with a quick workout, followed by brushing my teeth before heading straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. My schedule was wide open for the day, and I needed to figure out how I'd fill my time as I knew Alana had a busy day on set ahead.
I plated the French toast, adding sliced strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an extra touch. Then I finished cooking scrambled eggs with sausages and set up the table. I could hear Alana's alarm ringing, signaling that she would be up soon.
"Alec?" Alana yawned, walking in
