Alec’s point of view.
I hurried back to the hotel and began knocking loudly on Killian's door. I could hear some movement from within, and eventually, the door swung open, revealing a surprised Killian, clad in just a towel and had water dripping from him. I'd clearly interrupted his shower, and I would never hear the end of this. Ever.
"You've got one second to explain yourself, or I'll slam this door in your face," Killian threatened, his hands gripping the edges of his towel, and his eyes locked on mine, glaring.
"Ryan," I said simply, not offering any more details as I was still trying to process the unexpected encounter.
"What? What do you mean, Ryan?" Killian's jaw dropped, and his brows furrowed in confusion. He took a step back, his breathing growing uneven as if he could anticipate what I was about to reveal.
"I—I was out getting the cookies that Alana wanted, and I believe I saw Ryan there," I began to explain as I entered his room. Killian stood there with water drippin
