Chapter 1362
The light from outside the door shone in, lighting the dark room up a little. But soon, the door closed and snuffed out the light.
The room was in darkness once more.
Sasha closed her eyes. She sensed someone walking toward the bed and holding her hand. The hand traced her arm up to her cheeks. Then, it lifted her chin up, forcing her head to look up.
A voice came from above her. "Are you not up yet or are you just pretending?"
All these years, other than her identity, she could not hide anything from him.
Sasha opened her eyes. Her gaze was feeble yet determined. She looked like a pitiful sickly, yet gorgeous, patient.
Kevin let her go. "So, you're up."
"Ahem," Sasha coughed. Her voice was a little raspy. "Can I have some water?"
Kevin raised his eyebrow and looked at her. A moment later, he went to pour her a cup of water. Then, Kevin fed her. Sasha drank the entire cup of water like she had been parched for a long time.
"Thank you."
"Do you want another cup?"
"No need."
