Clark knew that Judy was just saying that on purpose. Somehow, he calmed down even more.
"You're right. The white roses at home have been there for too long. I'll get someone to change it up tomorrow."
"I won't have the time to look after them."
"Don't worry. You won't have to. If you had to, the flowers would not have lasted that long."
A fresh bouquet of roses usually lasted about 20 days or so, sometimes even up to a month.
Clark and Judy chatted happily and even started debating. Annoyed, Yale interrupted them.
