"If you don't get out, I might just lose my cool," Stacey warned, clenching her fists.
Conor looked at her, "Let's head back. Everyone else is done looking around."
"What happened to Ava?" Stacey asked.
"Her shoes are giving her blisters," Conor explained.
Blisters, huh? That's karma, Stacey thought to herself.
They rejoined the group. Ava and Natalie were sitting, both with pained expressions on their faces.
"We need to get them new shoes," Clark said, looking worried, "They can't walk, it's too painful."
Stacey asked coldly, "We have to buy for both?"
"Yes," Clark confirmed with a nod.
"Seventy-eight euros for two pairs?" Stacey shot back.
"So what if it is? Do you want us to keep suffering?" Ava fired back, clearly annoyed.
"I'm not stopping you from buying," Stacey replied coolly, "But remember. If you run out of money later, don't come crying to me. I won't have any sympathy."
