He felt himself being lifted, the warmth of the blanket enveloping him. He allowed himself to lean in and be carried. He closed his eyes once more, sinking deeper into sleep. He was tired after all.
He woke up a while later to a gentle, rhythmic sound in the background, which was rather peaceful. Opening his eyes, he found himself in a decadent room. However, it still bore the faint stench of the boy Alpha, which made him grimace. He squirmed and winced, feeling the wound on his side. It seemed the injury was deeper than he had expected.
