Something was wrong. Right? At least that eas what he woke up thinking after Talia all but ran away.
Was it him? Or was it Lyra that kept knocking, insisting that she needed to see his Talia.
He didn't think there was something wrong with him, but Gabriel had insisted that there was.
"You're not listening," Gabriel said again.
"You can't blame me," Baron said out loud. "You are boring and you are not Talia, so why would I be? I'm sure." He waved his hand away from Gabriel as he stood up and pulled on his jacket.
"What are you doing?" Gabriel asked him. "We have a meeting, don't we?"
"I promised Talia a small battle before it, and I would very much like to get to that as soon as possible," Baron stormed out of his office with an obvious smile on his face.
"General Urutak, I see you," he called out to the large male from the North. "I see the plague has made you lose some weight," he said as he smacked the older male on the shoulder.
