First, Kelly had to clean the necklace.
She hurried to retrieve the necklace to clean it, but William glared at her. "You have no right to handle such a sacred item."
Left with no choice, Kelly turned her attention to the bag of trash that had been brought up. Her second task was to eat the garbage inside.
Fortunately, the trash was mostly leftover food. She gobbled it down, finishing it all.
After consuming the trash, Kelly kneeled before Tabitha and said softly, "Tabitha, it's all a misunderstanding. Please don't be angry. We're family, after all."
Turning to William, she added, "Mr. Clark, we're relatives of Tabitha. Please, give us a chance."
Though Tabitha was still angry, her expression softened slightly. Anyway, she couldn't recognize the Legacy Necklace herself. She pleaded, "Mr. Clark, please let this matter go."
