Andrew hung his head in despair, looking so discouraged that it almost seemed like I was the one who had bullied him.
"Jeffrey, I didn't mean to keep your brain CT scan. Valerie and I spent some time in that house. I might have unintentionally taken it while collecting my things," Andrew said, looking up at me.
"I only found out later that you have brain cancer. I would have told Valerie if I had known," he continued.
I was dumbfounded. Was this what I had forgotten? But why did I remember everything else yet had no recollection of Andrew? Why did I feel uncomfortable when I saw him and heard his voice?
