Olivia stopped moving and turned to face the nurse. Her eyes widened in surprise. Sophie pulled off her mask, revealing her face. Olivia slowly stepped back as they locked eyes. Sophie stayed still, afraid that moving too quickly might scare Olivia away. Thankfully, Olivia just stared back at her. She recognized Sophie, even from just one previous encounter. Sophie was ready to share some important truths. "Do you remember me, Olivia?" she asked softly. Olivia kept her distance, puzzled. She wondered why a nurse would come into her room unexpectedly and who this person really was. She eyed Sophie carefully. Sophie could see the suspicion in Olivia's eyes. "We were classmates, best friends even. Do you remember?" she continued. Confused by the many stories others had told her, Olivia didn't know what to believe anymore. She showed no reaction. "I know you've lost your memory. You don't remember me, do you?" Sophie said, taking something out of her pocket. "Here, look at this. It
