Chapter 73 Just A Few Words
"SHUT UP, JAYMEE."
When Alice silenced her with a stern command, Jaymee was momentarily at a loss for words. It was an unprecedented occurrence, as Alice had never before reprimanded her in such a manner.
"Which can only mean that the effects of the drug I administered have completely worn off," Jaymee cursed silently, her frustration mounting.

"I can't fathom how someone like you, who subjected me to drugs, who made me suffer from hunger, and who reduced me to a pitiful state for all those years, has the audacity to claim that you care for me."
Alice's fists clenched tightly as she muttered, "You never cared for me, Jaymee."
