“The target is moving fast,” Jace straightened in front of the computer to take notes of the locations.
“Don’t lose him,” I ordered, trying not to crush my knuckles on the steel table as I waited in anticipation.
It had been three weeks since the order had the opportunity to tear up some rogues. If I don’t spill some of their blood soon, I might end up having to beat up one of my order mates.
Not that they would be against the idea. They had that same glint in their eyes as I do to avenge the people of this town and our pack members. Even if it meant venting that anger and frustration out on any target, it would have to do until we could crush them in person.
The order hadn't existed before the rogue wolves and vampires decided to come here, into our living spaces, disrupting our lives, and the people around us.
The more mauled and drained bodies showed up, the less we could turn the other cheek. Something had to be done.
