CELESTE "Why did you do that?" I asked in a calm tone as I equaled his pace. He turned to me. "Do what?" "Don't play dumb, Eli. Why do you have to-" "Kiss you?" he interrupted and formed a sly smirk on his lips. "Is it your first time-" "Don't ever mention it. And it's not my first time. Don't be so boastful." "Oh, I see, Noah, the lusty jerk, claimed it already?" Hearing that name made my heart thump fast, feeling anxious. I hate to hear his name. It will only pull me back on those memories they did to me. I don't want to think about them anymore. I tried to bury those struggles that I had on their side. I was in deep thoughts that I didn't even know. I had already stopped walking and felt a cold fluid drip on my cheeks. Elias was calling my name, but my vision became cloudy, my chest moved rapidly, and the next thing I knew, he was already hugging me. He's caressing my back, calming me. "I am sorry," he keeps on changing that. I don't know what's gotten into m
