Chapter 30: In Which It's a Reunion

Alexander took off his coat which had a bullet hole on the side from when he had barely escaped it inside as he left the compound that they had gained back. Finally, he could go back home. However, that thought went down the drain when he overheard some of the Gambino men talking. "Miss Gambino's flight lands in half an hour, we should get going" Alexander stopped them in their tracks to inquire. "What is this about Miss Gambino and her flight?" he questioned and one of them gulped before answering. "Well, we received the info just this morning that we are to receive Miss. Gambino from the private port in half an hour just this morning, her flight lands here at 5" That came as a surprise to Alexander as he dismissed them. Isla didn't mention her arrival on the phone when they had talked just the day before, at night and neither had Mr. Gambino but hearing this news made him a little impatient to see her because now that he knew, there was no way he was not going to go receive her.
