••• Charlotte’s POV ••• When I saw the new group of werewolves, my heart started pounding. Did Milla ask more people to come? But when I caught their sense, I heaved out a sigh of relief. They were members of the Silent Prowlers Pack. Milla was startled by their large numbers. She dropped the knife she was holding and led her members to run away. Olivia had shifted back into her human form and came to me. I finally shifted back to my human form, too, since Milla and her members had left. “Char! You are heavily wounded!
