"You've got a sturdy body, kid," Blade remarked, his gaze roaming over Hudson. Then, with a twisted grin, he licked his lips.
"Alright. Since you're playing the hero, here's the deal—take three strikes from me. If you can withstand all three, both you and that fat guy pass. How about it?"
Hudson didn't hesitate. He nodded. "Deal."
"Bold! But let me make this clear, kid," Blade said, circling Hudson slowly with a sinister tone. "These three strikes—I don't care if you can handle them or not. Even if I break through your defenses on the first strike, the other two will still come. Got it?"
"Do as you please."
Hudson's eyes followed Blade's every step.
