Chapter 50
"I'll pay the repair fee for your car. Don't worry about it," Yasmin said nonchalantly.
"No, no, no. I-It's that not that serious, Ms. Moore. It's just a hunk of metal scrap." Quinton trailed off into silence before he added, "Feel free to add a few more slashes to it if you want, Ms. Moore. That's going to help make you feel better."
Yasmin lifted Quinton's chin with her sharp dagger. "I said that I'll pay for it."
Quinton was trembling all over. The Zucker family could have their way in Liveria, but they would never dare to act cockily in front of the Moore family.
"Please have mercy on me, Ms. Moore." Quinton was five foot nine, but he actually started shedding tears. "Please find it in yourself to forgive me."
Natalie had never seen Quinton like this. She had always attended banquets with him and had observed plenty of people cozying up to him. She had never once seen him bowing to anyone, let alone crying while he was on his knees.
"Raise your head," Yasmin said coldly.
