Henry never talked to me nicely, let alone so humbly.
After going through the torment of my previous life, I could finally accept that we weren’t meant to be together.
However, Zachary was not reborn like I was. Thus, he could not understand or accept Laurel’s impulsive breakup.

I sat on the side and looked at him pitifully. I wanted to persuade him to let go of Laurel because he would end up much worse if Henry targeted him. But I was annoyed that Henry could break them up so quickly.
