JAVION'S POV
We approached the Lycans' camp, the atmosphere grew heavier with each step. The ominous growls and the low rumble of their voices carried on the night breeze, sending a shiver down my spine.
I glanced over at Enzo, who was visibly trembling. His usual confidence seemed to have vanished.
"Javion," Enzo whispered, his voice barely audible over the distant howls, "I... I don't think I can do this. I want to go back."
I slowed to a stop and turned to face him. His hands were shaking so badly I could see it even in the dim light. "Enzo, listen to me," I said, trying to keep my tone steady but understanding. "This is the moment we’ve been preparing for. We need to face this head-on."
He looked up at me, his eyes wide with fear. "But look at them, Javian. They’re huge! There’s so many of them. What if we get torn apart? What if—"
