Maria blinked as if she didn’t understand what was going on.
Aria looked at her coldly and observed her expression before saying again, “Your father is dead now. He’s died because of you, and your mother cried so hard that she fainted in the hospital. She called you, but you didn’t answer her call. Do you think you are cool because of your hair, and you have fun flirting with married man, don’t you? You are the most pathetic person on the planet.”
Maria looked as if she didn’t believe Aria’s words. “Nonsense! That’s impossible!” She shouted hysterically.
“He would not have gone looking for you if you had not text him at 3:00 AM saying you are eloping with someone. He was hit by a car and died tragically,” Aria yelled.
Maria struggled to accept this fact. She sat on the floor, sobbing bitterly and mumbling, “No, I didn’t. I didn’t text my dad. I didn’t tell him that.”
Aria was stunned by her words and asked, “You didn’t send him the message, did you? If it hadn’t been you…”
