"They say that the patterns on this pocket watch form a treasure map, marking the location of a treasure left by a king and his Eastern brother from the last century." Natalie Silvestre’s mouth twitched.
"So, my master is a descendant of that king?"
Deborah Morris looked at Natalie in surprise: "Did you just guess that?"
Natalie’s mouth twitched as she nodded.
Deborah chuckled: "Yes, but not entirely."
"The king’s youngest son was taken away by his Eastern brother. Legend has it that your master is the son of that youngest son."
Natalie twitched again: "The ages don’t match up, though."
"And I remember my master saying he had no parents."
Deborah didn’t respond. She just straightened up.
"Your master is here."
She paused, a hint of frustration flashing across her face: "Looks like I won’t be able to keep my hotel."
With that, her body suddenly levitated.
Natalie was startled.
Jeremiah Kenneth quickly rushed to Natalie’s side, shielding her protectively behind him.
