Duncan said, "Yohan is actually a good person, Kian. None of you are at fault—it was all me."
He was also afraid that Kian would harbor resentment toward Yohan. After all, Yohan was his pride and joy.

When the line went flat, Kian self-deprecatingly said, "He got nervous and afraid when he heard that I went to Sunville Hotel. He probably forgot what he needed me for."
