"But it won't be something expensive. Maybe just a simple bouquet," Clara replied.
Arthur chuckled. "Even if you cut a bunch of grass from the backyard to give to Mr. Morris, he'd see it as a treasure."
Clara responded, "Well, that doesn't sound very appropriate. Are you suggesting I cut some grass?"
Arthur was rendered speechless. It was only an exaggeration, and he hoped Clara wouldn't take it seriously.
Clara smiled as she said, "Arthur, don't worry. I won't really cut a bunch of grass. Even if Mr. Morris wouldn't mind, I'd feel too embarrassed to do that."
