“Rabies? In a werewolf?” Liam asked.
I sat down across from him at the warrior’s cabin. “It was insane. She was going crazy like Drew but in a different way. She wasn’t fighting against it, but doing what it said I'm assuming. Willow said it looked like something took over her."
Liam sat back in his chair, kicking his feet onto the living room table. “I’ve never seen anything like that before. Willow was able to keep her down?”
I nodded. “She didn’t seem to be stronger than an average wolf, but quicker. Crazier.”
“I’m sure we can’t trust her to tell us anything,” Liam said. “I think staking out the rogue pack would be a good idea. Maybe we could see something, ya know.”
“Perhaps,” I said glancing out the window.
“What’s the matter?” he laughed. “Willow wants to go?”
“You already know. I can feel her pulling away from me, and I’m frightened she’s going to leave in the middle of the night.”
“Keep her busy all night,” Liam said, waggling his brows.
