Kimberly couldn t sleep that night, no matter how hard she tried to. She kept thinking about all Christine had told her that day. How could someone lose so many loved ones in such a short period of time and still manage to stay strong? She felt sorry for him for having to go through all of that. All the thinking made Kimberly dehydrated, she needed a glass of water so she got out of bed and headed for the kitchen. On her way to the kitchen, she noticed the door to Roy s bedroom was slightly ajar. She contemplated whether or not to take a peek inside to find out if he was home. She decided not to snoop around a second time as that was her previous mistake which brought them to the present state they were in. Hesitantly tearing her eyes away from Roy s bedroom door, she continued her journey to the kitchen. After quenching her thirst, she decided to go back to bed.
