Chapter 81
Early in the morning, Isa went out to walk on the shore. She could hear the sounds of waves applauding and hugging the shore, an internal pleasant sound of the body out in the world's biggest pool.
She inhaled the salty smell of the wind, so strong that it dances on her taste buds. Carrying her sandals, Isa looked at the ocean that looks exceptionally blue today with a slight green undertone. The surface looked as though it was covered with millions of diamonds crashing with the waves and kissing the white sand.
It feels like standing on a coarse cloud that she could just sleep into, as the sand went between her feel. The water is teasing her toes and running back into hiding. Repeating the cycle getting closer and closer each time until she felt the rush of the current under her and the sand being pulled out from between her toes and back into the ocean.
