They crept forward, hugging the damp walls of the tunnel. The voices grew louder, more distinct. Soon, they could make out individual words.
"...the man is becoming a problem," a gruff voice said. "Moretti wants him moved to a more secure location."
"When?" another voice asked.
"Tomorrow night. We'll use the tunnels to transport him to the coastal facility."
Jasmine and Raquel exchanged a silent look of triumph. They had stumbled upon crucial information about Marco's whereabouts and the cartel's plans.
"We should go," Jasmine mouthed, gesturing back the way they came.
