CHAPTER THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY TWO – WORKER’S MEETING
Later that day, Jasmine decided it was time to take a more proactive approach to team building. She organized an impromptu staff meeting, gathering everyone in the dining room before the evening rush.
"I know I'm still new here," she began, looking around at the curious faces. "And I know some of you might be wondering why Don Cesaro brought me in. The truth is, I'm here to learn just as much as I'm here to manage. Each of you is an expert in your role, and I want to tap into that expertise."
She went on to outline her idea for regular team meetings, where staff could share ideas, air grievances, and work together to improve the restaurant.
"We're not just coworkers," she said, her voice passionate. "We're a family. And like any family, we're strongest when we communicate and support each other."
To her surprise, the idea was met with enthusiasm. Soon, the room was buzzing with conversation as staff members began sharing ideas and getting to know each other better.
