"Ms. Surrey, this tray is one of our custom crystal pieces. Damages need to be compensated."

"How much?" Mackenzie asked, her tone sharp.
"One thousand."
Her expression darkened immediately. "You're kidding, right? A broken tray costs a thousand?"
