"It's too complicated. It's hard to explain now. Come back quickly," urged Dolly.
"Alright," replied Cynthia.
She rushed out without saying a word, her hair uncombed and clothes unchanged, while holding her phone. When she reached downstairs, she saw Zachary and Mason pruning in the garden. She quickly said, "Mr. Beaver, Mason, I have something to do today. I'm heading home now."
Then, she hurriedly ran away.
Mason frowned. "Why is Ms. Lynch so panicked? Should we help her?"
Zachary clearly had a packed schedule, yet he was still making time to accompany Mason to prune the plants today. Moreover, Cynthia's situation was unrelated to him.
