Both of them did crazy things in the name of love.
Love was supposed to make you a better person, but the two of them presented nasty evidence to the contrary.
It made me doubt myself—was I capable of loving someone in a normal, non-possessive, non-destructive way, or was I doomed to repeat Landon’s mistakes?
I took a deep, cleansing breath, touched the purple diamond wedding ring on my left hand.
