Yvonne was slightly puzzled.
Henry laughed softly. “I don’t have any intention to do that with you. I’m exhausted!”
Yvonne’s blush deepened. She realized that she had misunderstood him. She wanted so badly to hide from him given the deep embarrassment.
“That’s… not what I meant!” she stammered and tried to defend herself.
Henry raised his eyebrow slightly. “Then what did you mean by that?”
“Nothing. I’m sleepy now.” She closed her eyes immediately.
Henry did not pester her about it anymore. “Fine.”
He then closed his eyes again.
Yvonne hesitated for a short while. “Henry…”
“Yes?” Henry opened his thin lips slightly.
“Goodnight.”
Henry’s eyelids fluttered slightly. He seemed to want to open his eyes, but he decided against it at last. “Goodnight…”
He responded to her.
