---Pain and Promises Matteo's POV "What the hell are you doing here?" she yells at me. I know she hates me right now but I have to make things right this instant. Yes, I have been in hell and do some serious repent on what I did while at the same time I was hiding from my father. The past weeks made me rethink about a lot of things especially the decisions I made. It even makes me realize that I am falling for her too and I want this to work between us. I miss her and I damn well regret what I did. I couldn't sleep for eight days thinking about Adassah and me. Aaron had been helping me out a lot. He had been giving me advice about the essence of having your true mate besides you. He even scolded me for doing that to her, the granddaughter of nana Gloria who has been helping us out a lot. She welcomes me with her open arms and politeness while I treated her one and only granddaughter like shit. I should have never done any of those actions. However, it was too late.
