The room was too small for two massive men and herself, Mira thought. It was if they stole all the available air, leaving her short of breath and almost panicked, pressing her back against the wall near the bathroom, on the edge of tears. Daevishk spoke to the other big man, in their language for a long moment, and it seemed as if they would argue, and then the big man slid his blue eyes her way, and his next words broke on a croon that thrummed through her body, driving what little air her lungs held out so that her knees gave. The blue-eyed man was crooning blatantly, and his eyes fixed on her. Greedy lust surged off of him, thick with desire for both her and Daevishk.
