CHAPTER 183: GUARDING ME AGAINST GREGORY
DAMIAN
"I don't think you should take what Gregory said with a pinch of salt," Ray said. Sitting on the couch, crossed-legged.
"No one is doing that," I answered. I am closing my eyes slightly.
" That man Is dangerous. I know." I nodded my head.
"But that doesn't mean I should cower in fear." I stretched the words. I am narrowing my face incredulously.
Ray stared at me for a while before shaking his head.
"And what if he already has people lying in wait for you?" He asked calmly
"Then we will get men around him too," I answered stubbornly. I was shrugging my shoulders.
"He's not the only one who can instill fear." I shook my head. My voice thickened in annoyance.
"I am also capable of that too."
"So, it's a battle of who can instill more fear?" Ray's voice rose slightly. He picked up an apple juice that was on the center table and gulped it.
"Look Damian…" He glared.
"No, you look." I shook his head. My voice is equally rising.
"I have what it takes to take Gregory down."
