Perseus pursed his lips, a nonchalant expression on his face. "It's fine if you don't want to. You're not even worthy of going down on your knees for me either."
Sarah's temper flared once again. Fuming, she glared at Perseus.
Alfred could only beg Perseus shamelessly, saying, "Mr. Caitford, saving lives is a noble duty. Can't you help her out?"
Perseus rolled his eyes at Alfred. "Have some dignity! Do I look like I care about what's noble and what's not?"
"You're right, Mr. Caitford." Alfred bowed to Perseus, nodding his head in agreement. He was making himself smaller in front of Perseus. "Mr. Caitford, we should treat our patients like our own family. Let's save him first."
