Chapter 166
This week was followed with sorting out most of the tensions that had come up. Jason stayed at our home for a few days until his college hostel gave him accommodation. He has moved to the hostel now, and I hope nothing stupid he ends up doing over there.
Hostels are known to build peer pressure for everything that most parents don’t allow. But the bond that I was able to create with Jason after the advice my husband gave, I am quite positive about my brother opening up to me. He has gotten comfortable in sharing things with me now, and that is something I appreciate a lot.
Now, I make it a point not to get judgmental when he tells me something he shouldn’t be doing. I do share the positives and the negatives of the things he mentions, but I leave it to him to decide which path he wants to walk on. Now that he knows I am trusting him with all this, he has become conscious and ends up deciding things which mom, dad, and I would not have a problem with.
