It means she has a mate somewhere out there, who will probably love her more than she can ever imagine, and you will have your heart broken.' My wolf warned me, and irrespective of the fact that whatever he was saying was true, I still wanted to relish the feeling of hugging her. Feeling her struggling to get out of my arms, I suggested her hugging from the front, just to see her blush, and when it worked, I couldn't help but tighten my arms around her, feeling happy just by the thought of it. After what felt like an eternity, and I promised her that I will protect her at any cost and that she should give our friendship a chance, we returned to our respective works.
