A murmur ran through the courtroom. This was the first time the Blackwood connection had been mentioned in testimony.
"Objection!" Pearson called out. "Your Honor, this is hearsay. We have no way to verify these alleged emails."
Judge Hawthorne looked at Sarah. "Counselor?"
Sarah approached the bench. "Your Honor, we have copies of the emails in evidence. They clearly show collusion between Dominic Montgomery and Marcus Blackwood to sabotage my clients' business."
After a moment of consideration, Judge Hawthorne nodded. "I'll allow it. The jury will decide on the credibility of this evidence. Proceed, Mrs. Montgomery."
