Chapter 51
I chuckled, feeling at a loss for words over Racquelle's childish behavior.
This woman had been sheltered far too well by Gerald. She had no understanding of what it meant to face society's harsh realities.
She was arrogant and willful, thinking that by acting this way, she could upset or humiliate me. How laughable and pathetic.
"Racquelle, can you stop being so childish?" I gave her a light glance and shook my head, letting out a small scoff.
She looked at me irritably, sneering as she retorted, "What is that supposed to mean?"
Calmly, I said, "Go ahead, keep smashing things. As the vice chairman, I can have the management set up new things in no time at all, can't I?"
As soon as she heard this, her expression noticeably darkened. It seemed like she had finally realized something. She looked at me with frustration and disdain.
"Do you think you're worthy to be called the vice chairman?" Racquelle seemed to have run out of things to say, resorting to the same old insults.
