"That is not all," Meredith said after a silence ensued between us. I sneezed, the dust getting into my nose. The library was too eerie for my liking.
I could now see the truth about my Gaius, who was hellbent on trying to wipe out the werewolves from the earth's surface.
I clenched my fist in anger. For once, I was grateful Minerva was friends with Meredith. If not for the two of them, we wouldn't have gotten to the truth of this matter. Gaius was using revenge to cover up the fact that he knew of a great prophecy. "What is remaining again?" Minerva asked exasperatedly.
"This prophecy is leading us to a temple, but we can't go there. It is very dangerous even for me, a witch, and it is forbidden from entering," she said, closing the book. "Cmon, Meredith. We've come this far to make a retreat now.
