Carolyn The basketball ball team were having a game this night and it was a very important one to me. It was a game with the other school and I was going to be in the spotlight. I was nervous but was hiding it well from others. "We can do this, girls." Miss Jordan said to us. "Yes, coach." We all chanted. "You all are going to go out there and show everyone what you've got. You are going to throw some balls, kick their asses, beat them hands down and bring that sweet little victory home." She said. "Do you hear me?" She growled. "Yes, coach." We chorused. "Now go out there and do the magic that you've training for." She said and left. "Let's do this, everyone." Rochelle shouted. "Yes, captain." "Let's go." She said and walked out of the locker room. "Good luck to our team." Cara said to me as she walked out. We all left the locker room and I was geared for the game. I was excited and was ready to be out there on the field.
