The steady buzz of Noah Garcia’s alarm pulled him from the depths of slumber and awakened him. Rolling over, he turned it off and blinked away what remained of his dreams. Mia lay beside him, her eyes fluttering awake. "Good morning," she whispered, her voice hushed from sleep. "Morning," Noah answered, bending to plant a kiss on her forehead.
