The next day, at 5:00 am, Alyssa saw Ivy off. Before leaving, Ivy was particularly nervous. "Alyssa, does my outfit look alright?" Ivy was beautiful, to begin with. Her almond-shaped eyes and oval face made her look gentle and cute. "It looks great." "That's a relief. You know, I'm so nervous and excited about meeting him. I'm afraid he might not like me." "That won't happen," Alyssa reassured her. "With how beautiful you are, there's no way anyone could dislike you." Ivy nodded. After watching her leave, Alyssa went back to her room. "Mommy." Alyssa hadn't realized that Jayden was awake. "Did we wake you up?" Alyssa asked, crouching down to his level. Ivy had started getting ready around three or four in the morning. Jayden didn't answer. Instead, he asked, "Mommy, is Mr. Jackson a good person?" Alyssa thought for a moment. "Yes, he's a very good person for Ivy." She remembered seeing Yale during university. He was a handsome college heartthrob, but his family situation w
